The lives of many individuals and families in Israel have been permanently devastated by years of suicide-terror, violence and war! Hopelessness, depression and grief often overwhelm the victim and his/her family as they struggle with the effects of trauma…accompanied with the painful reality of their injury or loss. Due to the economic crisis within Israel as a result of repeated attacks, many vital social assistance programs have been cut short or discontinued. This, combined with the struggle over emotional and physical loss, has caused much anxiety and despair for many recovering victims and their families.
Hands of Mercy is honored to offer the opportunity for concerned groups and individuals to become directly involved in the recovery process and lives of these victims and families…expressing G-D’s love, compassion and spiritual encouragement through long-term interaction and friendship.
Developing long-term relationships of love and trust is at the heart of our Adoption-Sponsorship program. This provides the opportunity for you to personally extend your heart and hands to a needy victim and family. Hands of Mercy is there to make possible this connection, and wants to unite a needy family with your caring partnership. We trust both families will become increasingly involved with each other, and blessed with special friendships that will last for years to come!
