HANDS OF MERCY is a humanitarian, non-profit Israeli relief organization, serving as an outreach expression of compassion and support to the many individuals, families and soldiers suffering from the tragic events of suicide-terror, violence and war.
HANDS OF MERCY was birthed to aid these victims through their trauma and crisis by providing comfort and hope in the face of devastating family tragedy, sorrow and hopeless loss.
The organization is made up of concerned Jewish, Christian and other caring individuals within and outside the Land of Israel, whose compassion and identification with the victims of terror prompt an active and vital involvement in their lives.
The effects of terrorist attacks and war upon thousands of individuals, families and soldiers are physically and emotionally devastating and often permanent. Many victims and wounded soldiers suffer high levels of trauma, depression and despair. Their needs are immense and far beyond the capabilities of medical facilities and social services to fully address. Due to this, HANDS OF MERCY is providing the caring community throughout the world an opportunity to fill this void by focusing their love and concern into a practical venue of encouragement and tangible support.
